糖尿病白内障患者小切口非超声乳化摘除加晶体植入术的疗效观察

目的观察糖尿病白内障患者小切口非超声乳化摘除加晶体植入术的疗效观察。方法 2009年10月～2011年10月笔者所在医院收治的糖尿病合并白内障患者48例60只眼行小切口非超声乳化摘除加晶体植入术。同期行该手术的单纯老年性白内障50例(60只眼)作对照。记录术中及术后并发症。6个月后复查视力。结果糖尿病组与非糖尿病组视力改善情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但糖尿病白内障无视网膜病变者,术后视力与非糖尿病组术后视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小切口非超声乳化摘除加晶体植入术对糖尿病白内障患者安全有效,值得临床推广。

Efficacy of manual small incision cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation for patients with diabetic cataract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of manual small incision cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of diabetic cataract patients.Methods From October 2009 to October 2011,48 patients(60 eyes) with diabetic cataract in the author's hospital were undergone manual small incision cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation.Simple senile cataract concomitant surgery 50 patients(60 eyes) without diabetes were used as control group.The visions of all patients were observed 6 months later after the surgery.The intraoperative and postoperative complications were investigated too.Results The visions of diabetic group and non-diabetic group were markedly improved,the cases whose vision more than 0.5 of diabetic cataract group were less than the control group,and the differences were significant(P < 0.05).But there were no significant differences between the diabetic group and non-diabetic group which without diabetic retinopathy(P > 0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to undergo manual small incision cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation in diabetic cataract patients,and it's also worthy of clinical.
