口服黄疸茵陈颗粒和妈咪爱辅助治疗新生儿黄疸疗效观察

目的观察黄疸茵陈颗粒和妈咪爱散剂口服治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效,从而及早有效的降低血清胆红素,防止胆红素脑病的发生。方法将收治的176例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组两组。治疗组86例采用常规治疗加用黄疸茵陈颗粒和妈咪爱散剂口服,对照组90例采用常规治疗方法,对两组的疗效进行分析比较。结果两组患儿胆红素下降水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服黄疸茵陈颗粒和妈咪爱治疗新生儿黄疸疗效确切、安全,可明显缩短病程并预防核黄疸发生。

Efficacy of oral jaundice capillaris particles and MAMIAI in the adjuvant treatment of neonatal jaundice

Objective To observe the efficacy of oral jaundice capillaries particles and MAMIAI in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,to reduce serum bilirubin level early and effectively,to prevent bilirubin encephalopathy occurrence.Methods 176 cases with neonatal jaundice were randomly selected and divided into two groups,the control group and the treatment group.The treatment group was treated by conventional therapy and oral jaundice capillaries particles and MAMIAI.The control group was only treated by conventional therapy.Compared and analyzed the efficacy of the two groups.Results The bilirubin levels of the two groups had differences,there had statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion It's efficacy and safety of oral jaundice capillaries particles and MAMIAI in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,it can significantly reduce the disease course,and prevent kernicterus occurrence.
