椎弓根螺钉内固定在胸腰椎骨折不伴有脊髓损伤患者中的应用

目的探讨椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折不伴有脊髓损伤患者的疗效。方法选择笔者所在医院2009年1月～2011年6月收治的胸腰椎骨折不伴脊髓损伤患者43例行椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析比较手术前后腰椎恢复程度,术后应激反应蛋白恢复天数。结果术后随访1年,所有患者术后伤口愈合良好,未发生肺部感染、静脉血栓等不良反应。术后腰椎明显恢复,内固定良好,无松动及断裂现象。患者Cobb角及椎体前缘高度最终随访与术前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月应激反应蛋白基本恢复。结论椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折不伴有脊髓损伤创伤较小,腰椎恢复效果好,固定可靠,是治疗此类患者的理想选择。

Application of pedicle screw internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures without spinal cord injury

Objective To explore the clinical effects of pedicle screw internal fixation in treating thoracolumbar fractures without spinal cord injury. Methods 43 cases of thoracolumbar fractures without spinal cord injury admitted to the author’s hospital from Jan 2009 to Jun 2011 were treated with pedicle screw fixation.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Lumbar recovery and stress response protein were observed before and after surgery. Results Patients were followed up for 1 year.There was significant difference of the cobb angle and height of the vertebral body between before and after treatment (P < 0.05).Stress-responseprotein recovered after 1 month. Conclusion Pedicle internal fixation is effectively in treating thoracolumbar fractures without spinal cord injury, which is an ideal option with less trauma and reliable fixation.
