摘    要:
目的探索分析循环中VEGF浓度在血清和血浆中的差别,及其与血小板计数的关系。方法从20例未曾接受过治疗的原发性肝癌患者分别采取血清和血浆标本使用酶联免疫吸附法测定VEGF浓度做自身对照比较。同时分析血小板计数与血清VEGF和血浆VEGF的相关性。结果血清VEGF浓度显著高于血浆VEGF(P=0.000,Z=-3.920),血清和血浆VEGF浓度显著正相关(R=0.883,P=0.000)。血清、血浆VEGF浓度均与血小板计数正相关(R=0.652,P=0.002;R=0.487,P=0.029),血浆VEGF浓度与血小板计数相关性较弱。结论由于受外周血血小板计数的影响较小,血浆VEGF可能更适于监测原发性肝癌患者的血管生成状态。

Abstract:
Objective To explore and analyze the difference between serum and plasma in the circulating VEGF concentration and its relationship with platelet count. Methods Serum and plasma samples were collected from 20 untreated patients with primary liver cancer and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure the VEGF concentration for self control comparison. Meanwhile the correlation between the platelet count and the serum VEGF and plasma VEGF was analyzed. Results The serum VEGF concentration was significantly higher than the plasma VEGF concentration(P=0.000, Z=-3.920), with positive correlation between them (R=0.883,P=0.000). Both serum and plasma VEGF concentrations were positively correlated to the platelet count(R=0.652,P=0.002;R=0.487,P=0.029), but the correlation between the serum VEGF concentration and the platelet count was weak. Conclusion Due to the small influence from peripheral blood platelet count, plasma VEGF may be more suitable for the monitoring of angiogenesis state of patients with primary liver cancer.
