HPLC法测定对乙酰氨基酚片的含量

目的建立测定对乙酰氨基酚片含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,C18柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液(0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液,用磷酸调节pH至4.5)-甲醇(80︰20);检测波长为254nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚在11.06～110.60μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率99.39%,RSD=0.60%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,专属性强,可作为对乙酰氨基酚片的含量测定方法。

Content determination of paracetamol tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish a method to determine the content of paracetamol tablets.Methods HPLC instrument with C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer solution adjust Potassium dihydrogen phosphate,solution(0.05 mol/L) to pH=4.5 by phosphoric acid] and methanol(80 ︰ 20);The wavelength for detection was 254 nm.Results The linear range of hydrochlorothiazide was 11.06-110.60μg/mL (r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 99.39%,RSD was 0.60%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and specific.It can be used as the quantitative determination of paracetamol tablets.
