ICU 26例心肺复苏患者的护理

目的通过对26例心肺脑复苏病患者的护理,总结护理经验,提高对此类患者的护理水平,有效降低心肺脑复苏后患者的死亡率及致残率。方法对2010年3月～2012年3月ICU26例实施心肺复苏的患者,对治疗护理过程进行观察、总结、分析。结果 26例患者死亡5例,植物人2例,痴呆及轻微后遗症4例,15例通过治疗后生命体征逐渐平稳,无神经系统及其他器官后遗症。结论对呼吸心跳骤停的患者,积极正确地实施复苏抢救、严密进行临床观察、认真全面地落实护理措施可有效改善预后,减少患者死亡率及致残率,减少并发症的发生。

Nursing experience of 26 cases of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation in ICU

Objective To summarize nursing experience,improve the level of care and reduce the mortality and morbidity by clinical care of 26 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation in ICU.Methods From March 2010 to March 2012,the treatment and care process was observed,summarized and analyzed for those patients.Results In all 26 cases of patients,5 cases died,2 cases of vegetative,4 cases of dementia and mild sequelae,15 cases with gradually stable vital signs and no sequelae of the nervous system and other organs after treatment.Conclusion For those patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest,positive and correct cardiopulmonary resuscitation,refined clinical observation,the strict care measures can effectively improve the prognosis and reduce the mortality and morbidity and the incidence of complications.
