| 摘 要： | 目的研究高效液相色谱法测定肾茶胶囊中总黄酮的含量。方法通过高效液相色谱法,对线性关系、重复行、精密度、回收率等考察进行考察,并进行多次验证。结果芦丁标准品在8.03～48.18μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r2=0.9995);该方法精密度良好,RSD<2%;重复性实验结果良好,RSD=0.98;平均回收率在97.0%～103.0%之间,RSD<2%,准确性良好。结论高效液相色谱法测定肾茶胶囊中总黄酮的含量精确科学,能很好地检测和控制肾总黄酮的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To research content determination of total flavonoids in orthosiphon capsules by HPLC. Methods A HPLC method is used for observing the linear relationship,repeat line,precision and recovery, and the method is verified. Results The standard rutin is in good linearity in range of 8.03-48.18 mg/mL(r 2 =0.9995);This method has good precision(RSD < 2%),and also has good repetitive experimental results (RSD=0.98);The average recoveries are between 97.0% and 103.0%,RSD < 2%,which has good accuracy. Conclusion Content determination of total flavonoids in orthosiphon capsules by HPLC is scientific and feasible,which can be in good control and test the flavonoids in orthosiphon capsules. |
