精神科急诊风险评估及护理干预

目的建立适用于精神科急诊患者风险评估体系,并评价其在精神科临床中的应用效果。方法对于突然发病、病情急剧变化、危及自身或他人的安全、需要采取紧急处理等方面精神科急诊患者进行风险评估分析。结果精神科急诊患者安全保障与及时进行风险评估,采取相应的护理干预措施及护理人员具备一定的风险意识等因素有关。结论及时评估患者所面临的风险,迅速判断意识,了解主诉;实施适当、有效的治疗;挽救生命、减轻痛苦;为患者继续门诊、住院、转诊提供服务,能有效保证急诊精神患者的安全。

Emergency risk assessment and nursing intervention in psychiatric department

Objective To establish a risk assessment system suitable for the emergency patients in the psychiatric department and evaluate its clinical application effect in the psychiatric department.Methods Emergency patients in the psychiatric department who had sudden disease onset,rapid disease change,condition endangering themselves or others,or condition requiring immediate urgent treatment received risk assessment analysis.Results The safety guarantee of emergency patients in the psychiatric department was associated with timely risk assessment,corresponding nursing intervention measures,nurses'risk awareness and other factors.Conclusion Timely assessment of the risk faced by patients,fast judgment of consciousness and understanding of chief complaints are important.Appropriate and effective treatment should be implemented.Life should be saved and pain should be relieved.Further outpatient,hospitalization and referral services should be provided in order to effectively guarantee the safety of psychiatric emergency patients.
