脑白质稀疏症与脑梗死患者记忆障碍研究

目的:观察脑白质稀疏症(LA)与脑梗死(CI)患者临床记忆障碍特点。方法:随机选取LA患者60例作为试验组,其中单纯LA29例,并发CI患者31例,另以健康老年人30例作为对照组,均采用中国医学科学院心理研究所等编制的临床记忆量表进行记忆能力测评。结果:试验组患者均存在明显的记忆障碍,表现为联想学习、指向记忆、无意义图形再认、图像自由回忆、人像特点联系回忆及记忆商数均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);其中并发CI患者明显低于LA患者(P<0.05,0.01),但随着LA病变程度的加重记忆障碍明显加剧。结论:LA对人类记忆活动有直接、明显的影响,提示及早发现LA并对其危险因素进行防治有重要的临床意义。

Relationship Between Leukoaraiosis and Clinical Dysmnesia in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the characteristic of clinical dysmnesia in patients with leukoaraiosis(LA) and those with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:In 60 patients with LA,there were 29 cases of simple LA(LA group) and 31 cases of LA associated with CI(CI group).Thirty healthy seniors served as control group.The memory was assessed by Clinical Memory Scale drawn up by the Psychological Institute in the Chinese Academy Of Medical Sciences.Results:The obvious dysmnesia existed in both LA and CI groups.PAL,DM,RMF,FRP,RGPC and MQ in the experimental groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,0.01).The dysmnesia was obviously worsened with the increased serious degree of LA.Conclusion:The leukoencephalopathy has direct and obvious affects on human memory.The effects are increased with the aggravated degree of leukoencephalopathy.But the degree of dysmnesia in patients with leukoencephalopathy is lower than that in those with CI remarkably.
