乳腺癌患者外周血中组织特异性mRNA的表达及其临床意义

目的 :检测乳腺癌患者外周血中组织特异性mRNA的表达并分析其临床意义。方法 :用RT PCR方法检测 6 7例乳腺癌患者、2 9例乳腺良性疾病患者 ,35例正常健康人外周血中组织特异性mRNA的表达。结果 :6 7例乳腺癌患者中有 18例外周血中组织特异性mRNA表达阳性 ,阳性率为 2 6 9% ,与健康对照人群和乳腺良性疾病患者相比差异有显著意义 ,P <0 0 5 ;Ⅲ、Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者外周血中组织特异性mR NA的表达高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者 ,P <0 0 5 ,在不同病理类型乳腺癌患者外周血中的表达差异无显著意义 ,P >0 0 5 ,手术后比手术前的阳性表达率低 ,但差异无显著意义 ,P >0 0 5。结论 :乳腺癌患者外周血中组织特异性mRNA的阳性表达同肿瘤的分期有关 ,可作为乳腺癌微转移的一个监测指标

Detection and Clinical Significance of Histospecific mRNA from Peripheral Blood Cells by Reverse Transcriptase-polymerase Chain Reaction in Patients with Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the histospecific mRNA expression in peripheral blood cells from patients with breast cancer and to evaluate its clinical significance.Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 67 eligible patients with breast cancer.Histospecific mRNA was detected by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results The positive rate of histospecific mRNA in blood samples of 67 patients with breast cancer was 26.9% and there were significant differences compared with healthy volunteers and the patients with breast benign diseases.The positive rate increaseed with the pathological staging significantly and showed no significant relationship with the malignant extent of cell differentiation.Conclusions The expression of histospecific mRNA in peripheral blood cells correlates with the pathological staging of breast cancer and it could be an effective signal to monitor the micrometastases of tumor.
