Clinical research on treating crico-incarcerated hemorrhoidsby procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids with embolectomy surgery

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) with embolectomy surgery for crico-incarcerated Hemorrhoids.Methods: 109 patients with cricoincarcerated hemorrhoids were divided into group A(n=62)and group B(n=47),group A were operated on with PPH+ embolectomy surgery and group B underwent the segmented external dissention.The operative time,the pain score of VAS,the postoperative complications(anus margin edema and anus narrow)and the hospital stay were compared and analyzed.Results: The symptoms were relieved in both groups,while the patients treated with PPH+ embolectomy surgery had advantages of shorter operative time,less postoperative pain,fewer complications(anus margin edema and anus narrow),and shorter hospital stay than those of the group with the segmented external dissention(P<0.01).Conclusion: Procedure for Prolapse and hemorrhoids with embolectomy surgery is safe and has a good curative effect.
