摘    要:
目的探讨锌对大鼠感染卡氏肺孢子虫的影响。方法将30只SD大鼠随机等分为A、B、C三组。A、B二组每只大鼠皮下注射地塞米松1mg/次,每周2次,诱导感染卡氏肺孢子虫。B组同时给予硫酸锌。C组为对照组。第8周将各组大鼠处死,取肺组织印片,检查包囊。结果锌对诱导产生的大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的严重程度有所减轻。结论锌对大鼠感染卡氏肺孢子虫有一定影响,值得进一步深入研究。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influence of zinc on the rats infected with Pneumocystis carinii (P.c). Methods 30 rats were random divided into A,B and C groups. The rats in groups A and B were injected subcutaneously with dexamethasone (lmg pertime) twice a week. Those in group B were fed with diet containing zine sulphate. The animals in group C were control. All of the rats were sacrificed to obtain lungs after 8 we eks. The number of the P.c cysts in the lung imprints was observed. Results Znic can partly decreased the severity of Pneumocystis carinii Pneumonia of rats. Conclusion It is valuable to make furtuer research on the influence of Zine on rats infected with Pneumocystis carinii.
