旋覆代赭汤含药血清对大鼠胃平滑肌细胞收缩效应的影响

摘    要:目的观察旋覆代赭汤含药血清引起大鼠胃不同部位单个游离胃平滑肌细胞收缩的不同效应。方法按照血清药理学通法制备大鼠旋覆代赭汤含药血清,并利用Ⅱ型胶原酶消化得到大鼠胃平滑肌细胞悬液,将含药血清加入到细胞悬液中,用显微测微尺随机测量25-50个细胞长轴的长度。对比给药前后胃平滑肌细胞收缩活动变化,细胞收缩活动变化以相对于对照细胞长度增加或缩小的百分数表示,负数表示收缩,正数表示松弛。结果旋覆代赭汤含药血清对大鼠胃平滑肌细胞收缩有促进作用,随剂量的增加细胞收缩活动逐渐增强(P0.05)。其中,旋覆代赭汤含药血清对大鼠胃窦平滑肌细胞的收缩作用最强。结论旋覆代赭汤具有较明显的促胃动力作用。
