| 摘 要： | 通过5例HIV抗体结果不确定处理情况的总结,对HIV抗体检测不确定结果产生的原因进行分析,讨论了在出现不确定结果时要加强监管,进行后续跟踪检测;进行流行病学调查时尽量减少对受检人的精神刺激;在gp160和P24两条带型同时出现时不能直接诊断为HIV抗体阳性。

| Abstract: | summarize the disposition of 5 cases of HIV antibody of the results of uncertainty,analysis of the HIV antibody test results of uncertain cause,to discuss the results in the event of uncertainty to enhance supervision,followup tracking and detection;Conduct epidemiological survey to the be inspected Persons,as far as possible to reduce the mental stimulation;in gp160 and P24 occurs at the same time can not be directly diagnosed as HIV antibody positive. |
