全产程陪伴分娩在本科学生临床实习中的应用

目的探讨全产程陪伴分娩对本科学生实习效果的影响。方法将50名本科实习生随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组在专科带教导师的指导下参与"全产程陪伴分娩"护理,给予产妇生理、心理的护理。对照组根据教学目标参与"常规分娩"护理。2周实习结束时进行产妇满意度调查和出科理论与操作考试。结果试验组产妇的满意度、出科理论和操作成绩及自我实习效果满意度明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论本科学生全产程陪伴分娩的护理实践能提高实习生实习质量及临床护理质量。

Application of accompanied delivery during the whole labor in clinical practice among nursing undergraduates

Objective To explore the effect of accompanied delivery during the whole labor on the clinical practice among nursing undergraduates. Methods In the study,50 nursing interns were randomly divided into the experimental group（n=25） and the control group （n=25）. The students in the experimental group participated in ＂accompanied delivery during the whole labor＂ under the guidance of the instructors and gave the pregnant women physiological and psychological care,while the students in the control group participated in ＂the delivery with conventional care＂ according to the teaching objectives. Results There were significant differences in the maternity satisfaction with the students,examination scores and self-satisfaction between the two groups,and the figures in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Application of accompanied delivery during the whole labor in clinical practice can improve the nursing undergraduates＇ practical quality and clinical nursing quality.
