急性白血病糖代谢功能的临床研究

 目的　探讨急性白血病患者血糖代谢功能变化及其临床意义 ,并分析糖代谢异常发生的机理。方法　分别于急性白血病患者化疗前后抽取空腹血 ,用组织化学及放射免疫方法检测血糖、肝脏和胰腺功能 ,分析血糖异常对急性白血病缓解率的影响。结果　 36例急性白血病患者 ,17例血糖代谢异常 ,19例肝功能减低 ,9例胰岛素、C肽含量减低 ,12例胰高血糖素升高。急性白血病患者血糖正常者缓解率 (78.9% )明显高于血糖异常者 (41.1% )。结论　急性白血病患者易发生血糖代谢异常 ,血糖代谢异常时急性白血病缓解率低 ,血糖代谢异常可能与肝功能减低和胰岛α、β细胞功能障碍有关

Clinical study on blood glucose of patients with acute leukemia
