糖尿病微血管病变患者血小板参数的水平观察和初步分析

目的探讨糖尿病患者微血管病变与血小板各参数的关系。方法采用XE-2100型全自动五分类血细胞分析仪同时对110例糖尿病患者(其中有微血管病变63例,无微血管病变47例)和70例健康对照组进行血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板压积(PCT)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)测定;采用日本AU2700全自动生化分析仪应用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测空腹血糖(FPG)。结果糖尿病患者MPV、PDW、PCT、P-LCR均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);有微血管病变组MPV、PDW、P-LCR均明显增高(P<0.01);且MPV与FPG呈正相关(r=0.55,P<0.01)。结论密切观察糖尿病患者的MPV、PDW、P-LCR值,可以为早期预示糖尿病微血管病变的发生提供线索。

Diabetes patient blood platelet parameter level observation and preliminary analysis

Methods At the same time the XE-2100 entire automatic five classifications blood corpuscle analyzer (63 examples of blood capillary pathological change, 110 examples diabetes patient, 47 examples without blood capillary pathological change) and 70 examples health comparison group carried platelet count (PLT), the blood platelet average volume (MPV), the blood platelet distribution width (PDW), the blood platelet pressure accumulates(PCT), the big blood platelet ratio (P-LCR) determines, used the Japanese AU2700 entire automatic biochemistry analyzer application glucose oxydase law examination empty stomach blood sugar (FPG). Results Diabetes patient MPV, PDW, PCT, P-LCR obviously were higher than the normal comparison group (P<0.01); blood capillary pathological change group MPV, PDW, P-LCR obvious heighten (P<0.01);Also MPV and FPG presented the correlation(r=0.55,P<0.01).Conclusions Close observation on diabetes patient's MPV, PDW and the P-LCR value may provides the clue for earlier indication of the diabetes blood capillary pathological change occurrence.
