| 摘 要： | 努力打造顺应新医改要求的后勤保障体系,成为当下医院后勤保障部门的当务之急。在新医改精神的指引下,后勤部门应该从人才队伍建设着手,根据自身特点,完善机制的薄弱之处,推出各项积极有效的措施,将患者与医护人员的感受放在首位,改变陈旧的管理模式,以提高医院运营的效率、效益,最终提升医院业务能力和服务水平。 |

| Abstract: | The development of hospital logistics system is imperative. Under the guidance of new healthcare reform, logistics departments should focus on talents training and improvement of the conservative management according to its special characteristics as well as concern satisfaction of patients, doctors and nurses to improve hospital operative efficiency and enhance the professional ability and service level at last. |
