| 摘 要： | 高血压是心脑血管疾病最重要的危险因素,而H型高血压可明显增加心脑血管的发病率及致残率,所以全面认识及有效管理H型高血压对心脑血管疾病有重要意义.而目前我国已经开展依那普利叶酸片控制H型高血压,但对于高血压控制及其心脑血管疾病的远程临床效果有待于进一步大规模研究来验证.

| Abstract: | Hypertension is the most important risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, H type hypertension can be significantly increased morbidity and mortality in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, so a comprehensive understanding and effective management of H type hypertension is of important significance to them. But At present our country have developed enalapril Folic Acid Tablets control H type hypertension, need to be further large scale studies to validate the clinical effect in the remote control of hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. |
