| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察肺癌脑转移的临床表现及评估其MRI的诊断价值。方法 :观察 1995年 6月～ 2 0 0 2年 2月收治肺癌脑转移患者共 2 5例的临床表现和总结分析其MRI脑扫描的资料。结果 :肺癌脑转移的患者多以脑卒中为首发症状 ,同时可见MRI对肺癌脑转移的影像诊断具有重要价值。结论 :肺癌脑转移的患者多以脑卒中为首发症状 ,因此临床上易误诊为急性脑血管病 ;而MRI对其诊断、治疗方法的选择及预后的评估有重要价值 ,可助早期诊断与制定合理的治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical situations of brain metastases from lung cancer,and to evaluate the value of MRI in diagnosing these brain metastases.Method: The manifestation of the 29 cases with brain metastases from lung were observed and the MRI studies of these patients were retrospectively reviewed.Results: The leaders of symptoms in most patients with brain metastases were mainly characterised by cerebral stroke,and we found MRI to play important role in screenagology to diagnose brain metastases from lung cancer.Conclusion: The patients with brain metastases were usually misled into acute cerebrovascular diseases.MRI assist provides option in diagnosis and treatments with very important value,and helps us to make an earlier diagnosis and formulate right treating projects. |
