| 摘 要： | 目的 测定不同产地牛膝中蜕皮甾酮的含量,并评价其质量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测不同产地牛膝中蜕皮甾酮的含量。结果 蜕皮甾酮在0.039 2～0.196 μg范围内线性良好，平均回收率为98.09%(RSD为1.82%)。结论 以河南栽培的牛膝中蜕皮甾酮的含量最高，质量好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of ecdysterone in Achyranthes bidentata from different locations and to evaluate their qualities.METHODS The contents of ecdysterone in Achyranthes bidentata were measured by HPLC.RESULT The linear regression of ecdysterone was obtained over the range of 0.039 2～0.196 μg.The average recovery was 98.09% with RSD 1.82%.CONCLUSION The content of ecdysterone in cultured Achyranthes bidentata in Henan was more than that in other locations. |
