摘    要:目的:应用多指标综合评分法确立小儿清热栓的提取工艺。方法:应用正交试验和高效液相色谱法,以大黄中5种活性成份及苦参中两种活性成份为指标,采用多指标综合评分法,确立小儿清热栓的提取工艺。结果:确立小儿清热栓提取工艺为:A1B3C1D1,即浸泡24 h后用8倍量的70%乙醇以1.5 mL/min的流速收集渗漉液。结论:多指标综合评分法可以作为一种新的评价模式用于小儿清热栓的工艺评价。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the extraction process of Xiaoer Qingre suppository with a multi- index comprehensive evaluation method. Method:Using orthogonal test and high performance liquid chromatography method for determining five ingredients in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and two ingredients in Sophorae Flavescentis Radix,using multi- index comprehensive evaluation method,establishing the extraction process of Xiaoer Qingre suppository. Results: The extraction process of Xiaoer Qingre suppository was as follows:A1B3C1D1after 24 hours immersion with 8 times amount of 70% alcohol and collecting the extract liquid at a flow rate of 1. 5mL /min. Conclusion:The multi- index comprehensive evaluation method can be used as a new evaluation model for the process of Xiaoer Qingre suppository.
