| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中医药对舒张性心力衰竭（diastolic heart failure,DHF）患者BNP和ET-1的影响。方法：将160例舒张性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例和对照组80例,对照组予以西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药汤剂口服;治疗前后检测血清BNP和ET-1的变化。结果：治疗组BNP和ET-1水平较对照组显著降低,其临床疗效亦优于对照组。结论：中药能降低舒张性心力衰竭患者BNP水平和ET-1的表达水平。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on BNP and ET- 1 of diastolic heart failure（diastolic heart failure,DHF） patients. Methods：160 patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,observation group 80 cases and control group 80 cases. Control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group added oral medicine decoction. Changes of serum BNP and ET- 1 before and after treatment were observed. Results：In the observation group,BNP and ET- 1 levels were significantly decreased compared with those of the control group and the clinical effect was also better than that of the control group. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the expression levels of BNP and ET- 1 of diastolic heart failure patients. |
