药物炮制对参苓白术散药效的影响研究

目的：通过动物实验观察不同中药炮制品组方的参苓白术散及党参代人参组方的参苓白术散的药效。方法：采用正常动物、脾虚模型动物,研究和比较白术、山药等药物不同炮制品组方的参苓白术散对小鼠小肠推进率、腹泻指数、脾虚指数和RBC-C3b-RR、RBC-IC-R、血清淀粉酶和D-木糖的变化的影响。结果：由人参与白术、山药均为生品组方的参苓白术散组可明显提高RBC-C3b-RR及降低RBC-IC-R,与模型组比较,有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）;由党参代人参与白术、山药土炒品组方的参苓白术散能明显降低脾虚小鼠的腹泻指数及提高脾虚小鼠的脾虚指数与模型组比较,有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）;由党参代人参与白术、山药的麸炒品组方的参苓白术散能显著提高脾虚小鼠血清淀粉酶和D-木糖的含量,与模型组比较有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：西药对照组思密达组对上述免疫指标没有显著影响,说明思密达虽有止泻作用,但没有提高脾虚小鼠免疫机能的作用。参苓白术散在临床上用于脾虚泄泻引起的腹泻便溏、纳呆,组方时白术、山药应用土炒品;用于脾胃不和,食少胀满,运化失常时,白术、山药应用麸炒品,用于提高机体免疫力时,白术、山药应用生品。并确证参苓白术散用于补脾健胃和健脾止泻时,在组方时,可以用党参代替人参。

Composition of Different Processed Products of Shenling Baizhu Powder Effect on Gastrointestinal Motility

Objective：Through animal experiments to observe the different processed products of Shenling Baizhu Powder and Codonopsis on behalf of Shenling Baizhu Powder. Methods： Using normal animals and spleen deficiency models,we compared Atractylodes,Chinese yam and other drugs of different processed products of Shenling Baizhu Powder on small intestinal rate,diarrhea index,spleen index and RBC- C3b- RR,RBC- IC- R,serum amylase and D- xylose changes. Results： By the involved Atractylodes and Chinese yam,Shenling Baizhu Powder can significantly improve the RBC- c3b- RR and reduce RBC- IC- R. Compared with model group,there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 01）.By the Codonopsis generations involved Atractylodes and Chinese yam,Shenling Baizhu Powder can significantly reduce the diarrhea index and improve spleen index. Compared with model group,there was a significant difference（P〈0. 01）.The Codonopsis generations involved Atractylodes and Chinese yam fried with bran group,Shenling Baizhu Powder can significantly improve the deficiency of serum amylase and D- xylose content. Compared with model group,there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The smecta group did not significantly affect these indicators. Shenling Baizhu Powder has anti- diarrheal effect,but did not improve immune function in mice spleen function. Shenling Baizhu Powder for diarrhea caused by spleen diarrhea,loose stools and poor appetite is composed of Atractylodes and Chinese yam fried with soil application;for stomach and fullness or transportation of disorders,it is composed of Atractylodes,Chinese yam fried with bran;when used to improve immunity,Atractylodes and Chinese yam are used. And it is confirmed that when it is for strengthening spleen and stomach to stop diarrhea,you can use Codonopsis instead of ginseng.
