| 摘 要： | 目的：测定不同产地浙贝母鲜切饮片中重金属及微量元素的含量。方法：应用微波消解技术,以及电感耦合等离子发射光谱法（ICP-OEC）,测定浙贝母鲜切饮片中镉（Cd）、铜（Cu）、汞（Hg）、铅（Pb）、砷（As）的含量。结果：5种元素的回归方程线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9997～0.9999之间,加样回收率在95.0%～113.2%之间,RSD为1.8%～6.6%。结论：该方法简便,高效,准确,可很好地测定浙贝母鲜切饮片5种重金属及微量元素的含量,并为制定浙贝母鲜切饮片中重金属限量提供可靠依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ： To determine the content of heavy metals and trace elements in Fresh- cut Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii slices from different habitats. Methods： The contents of Cd,Cu,Hg,Pb and As were determined by microwave digestion- ICP- OES. Results： The regression equation of 5 elements had good linear relationship with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9997 ～ 0. 9999. The recoveries were 95. 0 % ～ 113. 2% and the RSD was 1. 8% ～ 6. 6%. Conclusion：The method is simple,efficient and accurate and can well determine the five kinds of heavy metals and trace elements in Fresh- cut Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii slices. The results provide the reliable basis for the development of the limited content of heavy metals in Fresh- cut Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii slices. |
