摘 要: | 目的:测定不同产地浙贝母鲜切饮片中重金属及微量元素的含量。方法:应用微波消解技术,以及电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OEC),测定浙贝母鲜切饮片中镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)、砷(As)的含量。结果:5种元素的回归方程线性关系良好,相关系数在0.9997~0.9999之间,加样回收率在95.0%~113.2%之间,RSD为1.8%~6.6%。结论:该方法简便,高效,准确,可很好地测定浙贝母鲜切饮片5种重金属及微量元素的含量,并为制定浙贝母鲜切饮片中重金属限量提供可靠依据。

Abstract: | Objective : To determine the content of heavy metals and trace elements in Fresh- cut Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii slices from different habitats. Methods: The contents of Cd,Cu,Hg,Pb and As were determined by microwave digestion- ICP- OES. Results: The regression equation of 5 elements had good linear relationship with the correlation coefficient of 0. 9997 ~ 0. 9999. The recoveries were 95. 0 % ~ 113. 2% and the RSD was 1. 8% ~ 6. 6%. Conclusion:The method is simple,efficient and accurate and can well determine the five kinds of heavy metals and trace elements in Fresh- cut Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii slices. The results provide the reliable basis for the development of the limited content of heavy metals in Fresh- cut Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii slices. |
