| 摘 要： | 目的探讨唾液酸化的路易斯-X(sialylLewis-X,SLeX)抗原和E-上皮钙黏附素(E-cadherin,ED)表达与乳腺癌预后的关系,以及他们之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组化方法,对94例乳腺癌组织进行SLeX和ED蛋白检测。结果SLeX阳性表达及ED阴性表达均与乳腺癌的组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移、复发和预后呈正相关(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中SLeX表达与ED表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论SLeX表达与ED表达具有负调节的协同作用。SLeX和ED表达对估计乳腺癌淋巴结转移及患者生存期有重要意义,可作为判断乳腺癌的转移和预后的参考指标。 |

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the relationship of the expression of sialyl Lewis X(SLeX)antigen and E cadherin (ED) to clinic prognosis in breast cancer patients and its correlation.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of SLeX antigen and ED in 94 cases of breast cancer.Results The positive expression of SLeX antigen and negative expression of ED were positively correlated with the histological grade,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis, recurrence and prognosis of breast cancer(P< 0.05).The expression of SLeX antigen was negatively correlated with the expression of ED(P< 0.05).Conclusion Several genes are involved in the occurrence and development of breast cancer, in which the expression of SleX antigen shows synergistic action in negative regulation with that of ED. The expression of SleX antigen and ED expression,as a clinical valuable marker,has a great significance in assessing node metastasis and survival. |
