台阶运动对人胃电的影响

摘    要:
对40名女大学生采用EGG-1A型胃电图仪从体表描记胃电图,观察台阶运动后胃电图振幅和频率的变化。结果提示:台阶运动后胃电图的振幅明显降低;运动负荷增加时,振幅降低愈甚,且与心率的增加呈负相关。运动后胃电图频率亦略有减慢(P<0.01),但不随运动负荷增加而进一步改变。

Abstract:
The electrogastrograms of 40 young women were recorded from the body surface with EGG-1A electrogastrogragh to observe the changes of amplitude and frequency of the human gastric electrical activity before and after the step exercise. The results were: after the step exercise, the amplitude of the gastric electrical activity decreased significantly and the more the intensity of the exercise was, the greater the amplitude decreased, which was negatively related to the degree of increase of the heart rate; the freqency of the gastric electrical activity decreased, too (P<0.01), but it would not continue to decrease with the increase of the degree of the step exercise.
