大学新生容纳、应付方式及焦虑对网络成瘾作用的多因素分析

目的探讨容纳、应付方式、焦虑对大学新生网络成瘾的影响。方法在人学军训2周后，对3380名大学新生进行状态——特质焦虑问卷、容纳他人量表、应付方式问卷和中文网路成瘾量表评定。结果1）女生容纳自我、他人以及自我感觉被他人接纳的程度较男生高，较多采用消极的应付方式，网络成瘾得分较低（P〈0．01）；2）与网络成瘾低分组柏比，网络成瘾高分组的大学新生容纳自我、他人以及自我感觉被他人接纳的程度较低．较常采用消极的应付方式，较少采用积极的应付方式，状态焦虑、特质焦虑的得分较高（P〈0．01）。logistic回归分析显示消极应付方式、容纳自我他人的程度、状态焦虑、性别（男=1，女=2）四个指杯的影响有显著性（P〈0．05），回归系数分别为0．707、-0．026、0．023和0．549。结论大学新生网络成瘾存在性别差异，网络成瘾高分者存住一定形式的心理障碍。

Role of acceptance,coping styles and anxiety to internet addiction in college freshmen: a multi-factorial analysis

ObjectiveTo explore the effects of acceptance,coping styles and anxiety in the severity of internet addiction in college freshmen. Methods3380 college freshmen were assessed in the middle of military education, about 14 days after the registration. The assessment included State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Acceptance of Others (AO),Coping Styles Questionnaire and Chinese Internet Addiction Scale (CIAS). Results1) The scores of self-acceptance, acceptance of others and the perception of acceptance were higher in women students than in men (P<0.01). Women students preferred negative coping style and scored low in CIAS (P<0.01); 2) Compared with the freshmen who scored low in CIAS, those who scored high in CIAS got low scores in Acceptance of Others, applied more with negative coping style and less with positive coping style, scored high in both state anxiety and trait anxiety (P<0.01). Significant relationship was found among Internet addiction and negative coping style, self-acceptance, acceptance of others, state anxiety and gender by using Logistic regression analysis (P<0.05).The regression coefficients were 0.707, -0.026, 0.023 and -0.549, respectively. ConclusionsThere are gender differences in the Internet addiction in the college freshmen. Some forms of psychological disorders were seen in the college freshmen who scored high in CIAS.
