摘    要:目的:通过当归和土壤中有害重金属元素测定,探讨土壤对当归重金属残留特征的影响,进一步了解当归种植基地土壤环境的自然背景值选择。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定4个不同产地的当归药材和土壤中铅、砷、铬、汞和铜元素。结果:当归药材对铜、铅和砷元素具有明显的吸附作用,对镉和汞没有明显的吸附倾向;5种元素在当归不同部位表现出不同的残留分布特征;土壤中铜、砷元素对当归药材残留超标有一定的影响。结论:当归规范化种植基地的选择优选国家一级土壤,尤其关注土壤中铜、砷元素的自然景值。

Abstract:Objective:By the determination of heavy metal elements in angelia and soil,to explore the impact of soil to heavy metal residues characteristic in angelica,and learn more about the choice of the nature background of the soil environment of the angelica planting base.Method: Using atomic absorption spectrophotometer to deteminate Pb,As,Cd,Hg and Cu in angelica herbs and soil lead of four different origins.Result:Angelica herbs had significant adsorption in Cu,Pb and As;there was no obvious adsorption tendency in Cd and Hg.Five elements had different residual distribution characteristics in the angelica different parts.The Cu and As in soil had a certain impact in residues exceeded of angelica herbs.Conclusion:The choice of angelica standardized planting base preferred the national level soil,and with particular attention to the natural landscape values of Cu,As in the soil.
