芦荟凝胶原汁对太湖猪Ⅱ°烫伤的作用

目的探讨外涂芦荟凝胶原汁在太湖猪Ⅱ°烫伤创面愈合过程中的作用。方法取太湖猪5头,利用自制烫伤仪在太湖猪背部两侧垂直于皮肤表面进行烫伤,烫伤时间分别为10、15 s,造成浅Ⅱ°、深Ⅱ°烫伤模型。把所制备的烫伤面分为实验组和对照组,实验组每天1次外涂芦荟,并用无菌纱布包扎,对照组直接用无菌纱布包扎。之后观察记录,并选取适当时机取切片进行病理检查,以确定其恢复状况。结果 25 d后所有浅Ⅱ°烫伤实验组创面的皮肤均恢复良好,且没有留下任何疤痕;对照组28 d后创面恢复,且没有留下疤痕。34 d后深Ⅱ°烫伤实验组创面痂皮大部分脱落。截止38 d,所有深Ⅱ°烫伤实验组痂片完全脱落,皮肤表面留下明显疤痕,此时对照组有3个烫伤创面的痂片未完全脱落。45 d后所有实验组的肤色恢复至接近正常,瘢痕变淡,但不会消失。对照组烫伤处的半透明皮屑脱落,白色瘢痕凹凸不平。结论芦荟可以起到良好的杀菌消毒作用,并能促进细胞的增殖和各种皮肤结构的修复,愈合时间较对照组短,修复效果较对照组好,遗留疤痕较对照组不明显。

The Effects of Aloe Gel Juice on Second-degree Burn Wound of Taihu Pig

Objective To study the effects of aloe gel juice on the scald wound repairing of Taihu pig.Methods In five Taihu-pigs backside skin was scalded separately by self-made scald machine,the superficial Ⅱ° burn wound model was established by 10 seconds scaling and the deep Ⅱ° burn wound model was established by 15 seconds scaling.All the models were divided into 2 groups;in the experimental group the pigs were treated by aloe gel juice and in the control group were not.Pathology investigation was conducted to observe the difference several days later.Results The superficial Ⅱ° burn wound models in the experimental group were recovered without any scar 25 d later while in the control group the pigs were recovered 28 d later.Thirty-four days after burn the most pigs in the experimental group of deep Ⅱ° crusts were off,to 38 d in all experimental groups of deep Ⅱ° burn scabs were completely off,leaving visible scars on the skin surface,but in the control group,three scabs not fully off.The eschar decrustation of the deep Ⅱ° burn wound models were observed,in the experimental group weak scar happened 45 d later;in the control group it showed that convexo-concave eschar existed with white scar meanwhile.Conclusion Aloe gel juice shows the effect of sterilization,cell proliferation promotion and skin structure＇s recovery.Compared to the control group,it shows less recovery time,better recovery effect,and weaker scar left.
