新型可灌注骨水泥椎弓根螺钉的研制

摘    要:目的探讨一种新型可灌注骨水泥椎弓根螺钉(NPPS)的设计改良应用和机械性能测试,为临床治疗骨质疏松性椎体疾患提供一种具有良好稳定性的新型椎弓根螺钉。方法将NPPS参照设计理念配合骨水泥灌注筒和推杆进行骨水泥的灌注,观察骨水泥的弥散。取10个新型螺钉和10个对照组螺钉行三点弯曲实验。结果 NPPS的灌注骨水泥在推杆压力的作用下仅在侧孔和中空孔弥散出椎弓根螺钉,成面条状,无其他部位的渗漏。NPPS的平均极限弯曲载荷为(3082±144)N,对照组螺钉为(3357±263)N,两者无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论 NPPS设计精巧,能提供临床所需的机械强度,结合骨水泥灌注筒和推杆的应用,骨水泥弥散满意,用于治疗骨质疏松性椎体疾患具有较高的安全性和实用性。

Abstract:Objective To clarify whether the novel perfusional pedicle screw(NPPS) combined with cement pusher and perfusion tube has adequate mechanical function and fine perfusion so as to supply a novel pedicle screw with well stablity for osteoporotic spinal disorder.Methods The NPPS was connected with perfusion tube,then early-dough-time cement was perfused with the bone cement pusher and perfusion tube through the hollow part of NNPS.Ten novel perfusional pedicle screws and ten convensional screws were respectively examined by three-point bend(3p Bend) test.Results Cement perfused around the side holes of the distal screw was surface strip and no cement leakage occurred.The mean maximum bending load of the NNPS was(3 082±144) N,and the convensional screw was(3 357±263) N(P0.05).Conclusion The manipulation of NPPS is simple with the application of cement pusher and perfusion tube.It is effective in the control of cement leakage and could enhance the fixation stability of the pedical screw significantly.
