保留变性真皮与自体皮片移植修复手指指背深度烧伤创面

目的探讨手指指背深度烧伤创面修复的治疗方法。方法分析38例共76个手指指背深度烧伤患者手术保留其变性真皮、移植自体皮片修复创面的临床资料。结果手术出血量平均（5.0±2.0）ml,手术时间平均（45±15）min,术后2周左右愈合,愈后瘢痕不明显,功能影响轻;供皮区无明显瘢痕增生。结论手指指背深度烧伤创面削痂植皮时保留变性真皮并移植自体皮片的手术方法能够获得较好的手部外观及功能。

Restorative Treatment with Deeply Burned Skins on Fingers' Backs by Preserving Local Denatured Dermis

Objective To study the restorative treatment with deeply burned skins on the back of fingers.Methods Thirty eight patients with totally 76 deeply burned fingers were selected for this study.The damaged site was filled in with the transplanted skin from other resources within the same body while keeping their local dermis intact.Results The remedy caused a blood loss of（5.0 ± 2.0） ml in each case and the operation periods lasted for（45 ± 15） min.The average recovery time was two weeks and there were no obvious scars and only there was slight impact on functions after the restoration.Conclusion This treatment of keeping the denatured dermis at the deeply burned wounds on the back of fingers can maintain their orignal shape and function very well.
