摘    要:
目的评价酸性氧化电位水(EOW)浸泡消毒对藻酸盐印模表面细菌的杀灭效果。方法制作10mm×10mm×5mm大小无菌藻酸盐印模试件,分成4组,表面分别滴染金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、白色念珠菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢菌液,用EOW对染菌印模试件分别进行流动浸泡消毒处理,其后不同时间段进行取样、接种、培养并进行CFU计数,计算不同时间的杀灭对数值,设立阳性对照,评价消毒效果。结果 EOW浸泡消毒5min对藻酸盐印模表面的金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、白色念珠菌达到有效消毒,浸泡消毒15min对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到有效消毒。结论 EOW浸泡是一种有效的印模消毒方法。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the disinfection of electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) on alginate impressions.Methods Germ-free alginate impressions of 10 mm × 10 mm × 5 mm were divided into 4 teams,and smeared respectively with staphylococcus aureus,hemolytic streptococcus,candida albicans and Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores.Then these alginate impressions were immersed in fresh EOW.After the treatment,the impressions were sampled.The colonies were counted after incubation and the killing logarithm value was deducted as the standard of disinfecting efficiency.Results The efficacy of killing staphylococcus aureus,hemolytic streptococcus,candida albicans on alginate impressions exposed to EOW for 5 min is good.EOW immersion needs 15 min for killing Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores.Conclusion EOW immersion is an effective disinfecting method for alginate impressions.
