氨基糖苷类抗生素1次/d给药方案研究概况

摘    要:目的研究氨基糖苷类抗生素给药方案,旨在提高临床治疗效果,最大限度发挥该类药物抗菌作用,减少降低毒副反应的发生。方法分别使用两组免疫功能及肾功能正常感染患者,使用不同给药方案,进行疗效观察。结果 1次/d给药方案与2次/d用药方案对比,前者治疗效果显著优于2次/d或1d持续给药方案。结论使用氨基苷类药较大剂量冲击疗法可以增强药物对组织的穿透力,提高感染部位血药浓度,因而发挥更好的疗效。

Abstract:Objective The dosage regimen of aminoglycoside antibiotics is designed to increase the therapeutic effects, maximize the antibacterial effect of these drugs to reduce the occurrence of reduced toxic side effects. Method Observe with two sets of patients with normal infection of immune and renal function by using different dosage regimen. Result According to the fi rst day regimen compared with the 1st second drug program, the former treatment was signifi cantly better than the 1st day of secondary or continuing administration of the program. Conclusion Using large doses of amino-glycoside class medicine therapy can enhance the impact of drugs on tissue penetration, increased blood concentration of infected sites, which play a better effect.
