| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨SARS低氧血症与肝转氨酶的关系.方法 对96例SARS住院患者测定动脉血氧分压及肝转氨酶.结果 46例SARS低氧血症患者中肝转氨酶升高26例(56.52%),严重低氧血症患者并发肝转氨酶异常高于轻度低氧血症患者,有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 SARS低氧血症与肝转氨酶关系密切,在治疗低氧血症的同时,应注意保肝支持治疗. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between hypoxemia and liver transaminase of severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS).Methods Arterial PaO 2 and liver transaminase were tested in 96 patients with SARS.Results Hypoxemic patients with SARS having elevated liver transaminase level reached 56.52%.And abnormal liver transaminase of severe hypoxemic patients was higher than those with mild hypoxemia.It had a significant difference in statistics ( P <0.05).Conclusions Hypoxemia is closely associated with abnormal liver transaminase in SARS.When treating hypoxemia,attention should be paid to protecting the liver. |
