不同剂量HCG治疗先兆流产疗效观察

观察不同剂量人绒毛膜促性腺激素（ＨＣＧ）治疗先兆流产的效果．将１１５例有阴道流血的早期先兆流产患者随机分为３组进行观察．甲组３６例，每天肌注ＨＣＧ１０００Ｕ；乙组３２例，隔天肌注ＨＣＧ２０００Ｕ；丙组４７例，隔天肌注２０００ＵＨＣＧ，１周后改用１０００Ｕ；各组均用药至阴道流血停止后停药．治疗前后均行Ｂ超检查，了解治疗前后胚胎的发育情况．结果：甲组ＨＣＧ用量最小，治疗时间最短，与乙组、丙组比较，差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜００１）．丙组用量最大，治疗时间最长，与乙组比较，差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００５）．各组患者出现的副反应类似．结果表明：每日肌注ＨＣＧ１０００Ｕ，较适合治疗不明原因或激素水平低的早期先兆流产．

Therapeutic Effect on Threatened Abortion with Different Doses of HCG

To study therapeutic effects of different doses of human chronic gonadotrophin (HCG) on threatened abortion,115 cases of threatened abortion with syndrome of vaginal bleeding were divided randomly into three groups.36 cases,as group 1,were given HCG 1 000 IU daily;group 2,32 cases,HCG 2 000 IU every two days;group 3,47 cases,HCG 2 000 IU every two days in first week,then the dose was reduced to 1 000 IU.All cases were given HCG continually until there was no vaginal bleeding any more.The development of fetus was checked by B-type ultrasonograph before and after treatment.The result showed that treatment period group 1 needed was shortest and group 3 needed was longest.There was a significant difference between group 1 and group 2,and group 1 and group 3 ( P <0 01),there was a significant difference between group 2 and group 3 ( P <0 05) as well.Which suggested that the lower dose was the shorter the time needed.It is considered that 1 000 IU daily is more effective for threatened abortion caused by hormone insufficient or other causes.
