摘    要:超抗原(superantigen,SAg)是一类具有多种免疫活性的特殊抗原分子,主要是一些细菌毒素和逆转录病毒基因产物。超抗原不受MHC限制,选择性地识别T细胞的抗原受体TCRVD链,对CD4^+T细胞和CD8^+T细胞都具有强大的活化作用。超抗原概念一经提出,其在治疗恶性肿瘤上的潜力便受到重视。本文综述超抗原生物学特性,与T细胞受体的关系以及超抗原在增强疫苗刺激免疫应答中所取得的进展。

Abstract:Superantigens (SAGs) are specific antigen molecules with multiple immunologic activities, which mainly include microbial toxins and endogenous retroviral gene products. Superantigens can strongly stimulate the activation of T cells bearing particular TCR Vβ regions without restriction of MHC. Both CD4^+ and CD8^+ T cells can be fully activated by SAGs, which provides an attractive way to explore the potential anti - tumor mechanisms of SAGs. In this article, we reviewed the biological characteristics of SAGs, the relationship between TCR and SAGs, and especially the effects of SAGs on immune responses induced by certain vaccines.
