慢性荨麻疹忌食疗法与食物不耐受IgG水平的研究 |

摘 要: | 目的对有食物不耐受的慢性荨麻疹患者进行忌食治疗,检测忌食治疗前后食物过敏原IgG的变化及症状积分下降指数(Symptom Score Reduce Index,SSRI),探索忌食治疗的效果。方法将明确有食物不耐受的慢性荨麻疹70例在取得知情同意后随机分成对照组和实验组。实验组常规治疗2 w,同时根据食物不耐受情况,进行忌食治疗;对照组常规治疗2 w,不同时进行忌食治疗。治疗6个月后对两组进行食物过敏原IgG及SSRI比较。结果实验组的食物过敏原IgG阳性总级数从101级下降至67级,治疗前后比较有明显差异(p<0.05,SSRI=0.78),疗效显著;而对照组食物过敏原IgG阳性总级数从105级下降至100级,治疗前后比较无明显差异(p>0.05,SSRI=0.42),疗效不显著。两组在治疗后食物过敏原IgG的阳性级数有显著性差异(p<0.05),且实验组疗效明显好过对照组疗效,,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论慢性荨麻疹患者根据食物过敏原IgG情况,进行忌食治疗,可有效减轻慢性荨麻疹患者食物不耐受程度,为治疗提供一个有效途径。

Abstract: | Objective The patients with intolerance- related urticaria were treated with diet therapy. The purpose of present study was to investigate the serous level of food allergen- specific lgG as well as symptom score reduce index( SSRI) of these patients before and after treatment,which would be contribute to detect the effect of diet therapy. Methods After informing consent,70 patients with food intolerance- related chronic urticaria were randomly divided into control- and experimental group. The experimental group received routine treatment for 2 weeks,as well as diet therapy according to the food intolerance; while the control group also received routine treatment without diet therapy. The serous level of food allergens- specific IgG and SSRI of these two groups were compared before and after therapy. Results Comparison between before and after treatment,total level of food allergens- specific of IgG in experimental group decreased significantly from grade 101 to grade 67( p 0. 05,SSRI = 0. 78),which has significant difference; and that of control group decreased significantly from grade 105 to grade 100( p 0. 05,SSRI =0. 42),which has no significant difference. On the other hand,the comparison of allergens- specific IgG level between these two groups showed significant difference( p 0. 05),demonstrating that the effect of experimental group was better than that of control group( p 0. 05). Conclusion According to serious level of food allergens- specific of IgG,diet therapy can effectively alleviate food intolerance in chronic urticaria patients,which might provide a new way to effectively therapy these patients. |
