艾迪注射液对大肠癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响

目的探讨艾迪注射液对大肠癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法将60例大肠癌术后患者随机分成2组,对照组给予FOLFOX4方案化疗,实验组也给予FOLFOX4方案化疗,同时加用艾迪注射液50 ml+生理盐水500 ml治疗,共10 d。采用流式细胞仪测定治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(TT、Th、Ts、Th/Ts)和NK细胞。结果实验组外周血TT、Th、Ts、NK细胞数量及Th/Ts细胞比值较化疗前无显著性差异(p>0.05),对照组外周血TT、Th、NK细胞数量及Th/Ts细胞比值较化疗前显著下降(p<0.05),Ts细胞水平显著升高(p<0.05)。化疗后实验组外周血TT、Th、NK细胞数量及Th/Ts细胞比值均较对照组显著性升高(p<0.05),Ts细胞数量较对照组显著下降(p<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液能改善大肠癌术后化疗患者的免疫功能。

EFFECTS OF EDDY INJECTION ON THE IMMUNOLOGIC FUNCTION OF PATIENTS AFTER COLORECTAL CANCER RESECTION

Objective To evaluate the effects of Eddy injection on the immunologic function of patients after colorectal cancer resection. Methods Sixty patients after colorectal cancer resection were randomly divided into two groups：30patients in control group were treated with the FOLFOX4 chemotherapy; the other 30 patients in The experimental group were treated with the same chemotherapy method,combineding with 50 ml /d（ Eddy injection） ＋ 500 ml /d（ 0. 9% NaCl） for10- days during chemotherapy. Flow cytometry was used to examine the numbers of T lymphocytes subsets（ TT、Th、Ts、Th /Ts） and the NK cells in blood. Results In experimental group,there were no significant differences between the numbers of TT、Th、Ts、NK cells and Th /Ts ratio before and after chemotherapy（ p 0. 05）. In control group,the numbers of TT、Th、NK cells and Th /Ts ratio significantly declined than those before chemotherapy（ p 0. 05） while Ts number was increased significantly（ p 0. 05）. After chemotherapy,the numbers of TT、Th、NK cells and Th /Ts ratio were higher in experimental group than in control group（ p 0. 05）,while the number of Ts was declined significantly（ p 0. 05）. Conclusion Eddy injection can improve the immunologic function of patients After Colorectal Cancer Resection.
