Th17、Tc1细胞在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:
目的:研究宫颈鳞癌组织中Th17及Tc1细胞表达,探讨Th17及Tc1细胞在宫颈鳞癌发生发展中的作用及相互关系。方法:以早期宫颈鳞癌患者为实验组,以良性病变行子宫切除的慢性宫颈炎患者为对照组,制备宫颈组织淋巴细胞单细胞悬液后,用流式细胞术检测组织中Th17及Tc1细胞的表达。结果:实验组和对照组中Th17细胞比例分别为(3.89±1.26)%和(1.51±0.46)%,Tc1细胞比例分别为(1.45±0.71)%和(5.37±2.95)%。与对照组比较,实验组中Th17细胞比例显著升高(P0.01),Tc1细胞比例显著降低(P0.01)。实验组中盆腔淋巴结阳性者较阴性者Th17细胞表达降低(P=0.038);临床分期II期患者较I期患者Tc1细胞表达增高(P=0.046)。宫颈鳞癌组织中Th17与Tc1细胞表达呈负相关(r=-0.445,P=0.014)。结论:Th17及Tc1细胞在宫颈鳞癌患者肿瘤局部免疫调节反应中均起着重要作用,且Th17细胞可能通过抑制Tc1细胞的功能发挥免疫调节作用。

Expression and significance of Th17 and Tel cells in the tumor tissue of human squa moils carcinoma of uterine cervix.

Abstract:
Objective :To explore the percentages of Th17 cells and Tc1 ceils in tumor tissues of squamous carcinoma of uterine cervix, as well as the correlation between Th17 and Tc1 cells. Methods :The lymphocytes was separated from fresh cervical tissues of the patients in the experimental group (cervical cancer) and the control group (chronic cervicitis ). Then the percentages of Th17 and Tc1 cells were detected by fluorescence staining with flow cytometry. Results:The percentage of Th17 cells in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.01 ) ;while the percentage of Tc1 cells in the experimental group was lower than the control group(P〈0.01 ). There was a negative correlation between Th17 and Tc1 cells in the experimental group ( r = -0.445, P = 0. 014 ). Conclusion: Th17 and Tc1 cells both play important role in the immunoregulation of patients with squamous carcinoma of uterine cervix. And Th17 cells might work through inhibiting the function of Tel cells.
