| 摘 要： | 目的考察联用银杏叶注射剂在不同时间点对华法林抗凝效果的影响。方法将患者随机分为A组(口服华法林片并同时滴注银杏叶注射剂)和B组(口服华法林片),检测用药前及用药后4、8 d时患者的凝血酶原时间(PT)、国际标准化比率(INR),并观察患者的出血情况,比较2组患者用药前后的INR变化值(△INR)及出血情况。结果 2组患者的平均△INR无显著性差异;2组患者均无显著出血情况,大小便隐血的发生情况无显著性差异。结论联用银杏叶注射剂在短时间(8 d)内对口服华法林患者的INR不存在明显影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To study effects of Ginkgo Leaf Injection on anticoagulation of warfarin. Methods Those cases under treatment of warfaring tablets and Ginkgo Leaf Injection were put into groupA and others Single groupB. To observe such indices as prothrombintime（ PT）,international normalized ratio（ INR）,happening of bleeding in 4 and 8days after and before treatment and compare the difference of increased INR between groupA and groupB. Results The increased INR values of two groups had no significant difference.,The happening of bleeding wasn＇t occured. Conclusion Ginkgo Leaf Injection have no significant effect on anticoagulation of warfarin in short time（ 8 days）. |
