| 摘 要： | 《金匮要略》其中所含方剂简约疗效好被广泛运用于临床。现代的研究多重于其方剂药理研究较多,而忽视了方剂后注释的重要性。方后注主要包括了方剂剂型,药物的煎服法,服药后疗效和预后的判断,亦体现了仲景的治疗思路。本文仅拟从＂痰饮咳嗽病脉证并治篇＂探讨仲景在方后注中蕴含的重要启示。

| Abstract: | Many prescriptions in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber have to be proved convenience and efficiency in clinic in modern time.Many researches have studied on the pharmacological mechanism but seldom on Fangzhu.Fangzhu contains much information,such as： preparation and the prognosis judgment of diseases.Fangzhu also shows the treatment thoughts of Zhang Zhongjing.In this paper we take Chapter ＂the pulse and treatment of phlegm and cough＂ for instance to show the importance of Fangzhu. |
