彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断探讨

目的探讨甲状腺良、恶性肿瘤的彩色多普勒超声图像特征及鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾分析109例经手术或病理证实的甲状腺肿瘤患者的超声图像特征,其中恶性病变49例,良性病变60例。结果甲状腺超声图像中,病灶形态、边缘和钙化表现与病变的良、恶性关系密切;恶性病变中,大多数病灶形态不规则,边缘毛糙,有微小钙化灶;良性病变中,病灶一般形态规则,边缘光滑,无钙化灶。结论超声图像特征对甲状腺良、恶性病变的诊断具有重要意义。

Color doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid tumors
