沐舒坦配合中药治疗病毒性肺部疾病疗效观察

目的 :观察沐舒坦配合中药清肺化痰、宣肺止咳平喘治疗病毒性下呼吸道疾病的临床疗效。方法 :将 70例病毒性下呼吸道疾病患儿分为中西药结合组和中药组 ,就临床主要症状以及肺部炎症的吸收和病程等进行疗效判定。结果 :中西药结合组肺部体征消失明显比中药组快 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,另外病程也明显缩短 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :中西药结合组临床疗效明显优于纯中药组

Ambroxol combined with Chinese medicine on viral pulmonary disease

Objective: It is to investigate the effects of Ambroxol combined with traditional Chinese medicine on viral disease in lower respiratory tract by lung clearing and phlegm transforming, lung diffusing, cough suppressing and panting calming. Methods: Seventy children with viral disease of lower respiratory tract were randomly divided into pure Chinese medicine group and combined both Chinese and western medicine group. Main clinical symptoms, absorption of inflammation and process of disease were measured to judge the effects. Results: The absorption of inflammation of combined both Chinese and western medicine group is obvious than that of pure Chinese medicine group ( P <0.001). The process of disease of combined both Chinese and western medicine group shortened obviously ( P <0.001). Conclusion: Combined both Chinese and western medicine group has more effect than pure Chinese medicine group.
