不同方法保守治疗输卵管妊娠245例临床分析

目的探讨不同保守治疗方法对输卵管妊娠治疗的临床疗效.方法采用回顾性分析及随访的方法研究245例不同方法保守治疗输卵管妊娠及治疗后输卵管再通情况,随访近3年的妊娠情况.结果腹腔镜及开腹手术组术后患侧输卵管再通率均为73%,再孕率相当,药物保守治疗组为30%,再孕率最低;对侧输卵管有损害和正常者,受孕率分别为41%和79%.结论输卵管妊娠后再通率手术治疗较药物保守治疗高,治疗后妊娠率与治疗方式及对侧输卵管是否受损有关.

Clinical analysis of different conservative treatment for treating tubal pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the effects of different conservative treatment for treating tubal pregnancy.Methods The fertility and the condition of the fallopian tubes of the 245 patients desiring pregnancy after conservative treatment for tubal pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively after 3 years follow up.Results Both the rate of unobstructed tubal were 73% in the patients treated conservatively by laparoscopy and by operating,the conception rate was similar in the two groups,but the rate of unobstructed tubal was 30% in the patients treated conservatively by drugs.Conclusion The rate of unobstructed tubal in the patients treated conservatively by laparoscopy and by operating was significantly higher than that of the patients treated by drugs.The fertility of the patients after tubal pregnancy was associated with the methods of treatment and the contralateral tube.
