| 摘 要： | 近年来子宫内膜内毒素与体外受精-胚胎移植的关系逐渐引起学术界的重视,有不少学者开始着力于这方面的研究,该文针对迄今为止仍不明确的如子宫内膜内毒素是否降低体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠率、及其影响体外受精-胚胎移植的可能机制、目前仍存在的和今后有待解决的问题等加以综述. |

| Abstract: | In recent years,the relationship between endometrial bacterial endotoxin and IVF-ET has attract researcher's attention gradually.Many scholars start to research on it.In this paper,we reviewed such problems as whether endotoxin in endometrium can reduce the pregnancy rate of IVF-ET,its possible mechanism,and the problems existing and to be resolved in future. |
