摘    要:目的:探讨治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的治疗方法。方法:选择2002年5月-2005年5月肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者31例,在C臂机透视下,有限切开以交叉克氏针呈三角形框架结构内固定进行治疗并随访。结果:31例患者中1例失访,30例患者经7~25个月骨折均愈合,肘关节功能按美国特种外科医院(HSS)肘关节评分进行评定;优12例,良11例,可6例,差1例。结论:有限切开交叉克氏针呈三角形框架结构内固定治疗适合于肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折的治疗。该方法具有损伤小、复位满意、内固定牢固、疗效好、费用低等特点。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the treatment of the intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus. Methods:31 patients of intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus from May, 2002 to May, 2005 were chosen to be treated using alternative k-pins in triangle basic frame at two sides of intercondylay through c-arm device fluoroscopy. And the patients were occasionally visited. Results: Among 31 patients, one of them was lost. 30 of them recovered from the intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus after 7 to 25 months of being treated and visited. The elbow joint function was evaluated by HSS system and the result is that 12 patients are excellent, 11 patients are good, 6 of them are average and only one patient was poor. Conclusion: Through C-arm device fluoroscopy, the fixed treatmen method of using alternatie K-pins in triangle basic frame is appropriate for treating intercondylar comminuted fracture of humerus. The method has such characteristics as small damage, satisfactory recovery, stable internal fixation and good treatment effiency.
