长骨骨不连骨缺损治疗中有关问题的探讨(附27例报告)

目的 报道治疗长骨骨不连骨缺损方法。方法 27例长骨骨不连骨缺损,软组织疤痕形成,采用软组织修复一期或二期用静力型交锁髓内钉内固定,自体骨植骨,术后经皮注射自体红骨髓。结果 全部患者术后1个月出现骨痂,6个月骨折愈合。结论 采用静力型交锁髓内钉、自体髂骨移植,注射自体红骨髓是治疗长骨骨不连有效的方法。

Treatment of nonunion of long bone shaft fracture.

Objective To import methods of treatment of nonunion with bone defect of long hone shaft fracture. Methods There were 27 cases of nonunion of long bone shaft fracture with bone and soft tissue defect. Interlocking nail and autogenous bone grafts with soft tissue reconstraction was applied. Percutaneous injection of hone marrow was used postoperation. Results In 1 month there was callus, and the fracture was healed within 6 months in all cases. Conclusion It is suggested that interlocking nail, autogenous bone grafts and hone marrow injection is an effective way to treat nonunion of long bone shaft fracture.
