辨证治疗对急性心肌梗死介入术后患者心脏康复的影响

目的观察辨证治疗对急性心肌梗死介入术后患者心脏康复的影响。方法 将经介入治疗的冠心病急性心肌梗死患者102例随机分为2组,治疗组51例采用辨证治疗,对照组51例采用传统康复治疗,实施60 d治疗后,以心脏不良事件发生率、心绞痛再发率、硝酸甘油用量和活动平板运动试验主要参数为观察指标比较2组心脏康复情况。结果 2组心脏不良事件发生率(死亡、急诊血运重建、急性血栓)均无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组心绞痛再发率明显降低,硝酸甘油使用量明显减少,活动平板运动试验主要参数优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01,P0.05)。结论辨证治疗对冠心病急性心肌梗死介入术后患者心脏康复有促进作用。

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome-differentiation therapy on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy

Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine complex treatment on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy.Methods 102 patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy were randomized into two groups：the traditional Chinese medicine group（51 cases） and the control group（51 cases）.Incidence rate of cardiac adverse events,recurrence rate of angina pectoris,dosage of Nitroglycerin and the main parameters of treadmill exercise test were observed for evaluation of rehabilitation in two groups after 60 days＇ treatment.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in the incidence rate of cardiac adverse events（death,re-infarction,vascellum recondition and acute thrombus,P〈0.05）.Recurrence rate of angina pectoris and dosage of Nitroglycerin in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than those in the control group and the main parameters of treadmill exercise test in the traditional Chinese medicine group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine complex treatment has promote effect on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy.
