Transient bundle branch block due to myocardial infarction in a patient with dextrocardia with situs inversus

A case of dextrocardia with complete situs inversus is presented. This is apparently the only case reported in which bundle branch block occurred in a patient with myocardial infarction in association with dextrocardia with situs inversus. The type of block that occurred is speculative, but findings suggested bundle branch block involving the pulmonic ventricle.
